To inspire the aspiring entrepreneurs at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, the Innovation Council introduced a novel event called 'StartupVerse' on 26^th July 2024, with the aim of providing first-hand insights into entrepreneurship. The event was structured into two panel discussions, each featuring stalwarts from different industries who discussed topics relevant to today’s startup landscape.

The first panel discussion was honored by Mr. Sourjyendu Medda, the founder & CEO of Sports for Life and Founder of DealShare. Guided by the skilled moderation of CA Sejal Agarwal, associate at 100x. VC. The discussion delved into the theme “Building Unicorns in India.” Mr. Medda shared his journey of transforming DealShare from a budding startup into a leading player in the market, offering invaluable insights on overcoming challenges and the strategies necessary for scaling a business effectively.

The second panel discussion brought together two more prominent figures: Mr. Vimal Panjwani, the founder and CEO of AgriVijay , Mr. Satyam Kumar, the co-founder & CEO of LoanTap, moderated by CA Sejal Agarwal. This panel focused on the theme “Empowering India through Innovation.” The panelists engaged in an enriching dialogue, sharing their experiences in fostering innovation within their respective industries and emphasizing the importance of adaptability and continuous learning in sustaining business growth.

StartupVerse 2024, much like its predecessor, achieved remarkable success. The event highlighted the power of determination, passion, and a willingness to innovate. The panel discussions, featuring these accomplished entrepreneurs, renewed the audience’s belief in the potential of entrepreneurship and provided them with actionable insights to apply in their own ventures.
