Vitarka, the HR & IR club of SIBM Pune, organized Prep-Shaala and Crack the Code — two initiatives crafted to empower first-year MBA students with knowledge and strategies for excelling in SEED (Summer Engagement and Enhancement Drive) and SIRP (Summer Internship Recruitment Process).
Prep-Shaala, held on 1st and 2nd July 2025, featured sessions led by seniors covering Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Behavior, Employee Value Proposition, and AI in HR. Interactive quizzes helped reinforce concepts, ensuring students gained practical understanding and confidence to handle interviews, group discussions, and project evaluations during SEED and SIRP.
Crack the Code, conducted on 1st August 2025 by SIBM Pune alumnus Mr. Rohan Saha, provided actionable insights on modern recruitment practices, key interview strategies, and how AI is transforming talent acquisition. The session offered MBA-I students valuable tips to stand out during summer placements and final interviews.
Together, these initiatives reflect Vitarka’s commitment to supporting students from the outset of their MBA journey by combining conceptual clarity with real-world application.
