The Research and Scholastic Development Team (RSDT), SIBM Pune, was proud to organize multiple impactful sessions under Lumière, our flagship guest lecture series. In line with RSDT's mission to create opportunities for peer-based learning and its vision to establish SIBM Pune as a hub of thought leadership, Lumière brought together esteemed corporate leaders and industry stalwarts to share their insights and experiences.
These sessions enriched students with industry-relevant knowledge beyond the academic curriculum, empowering them to understand real-world challenges and business dynamics. The platform also enabled a peer-based, collaborative learning environment, wherein students gained actionable insights through interactive discussions, expert lectures, and case-based learning.
Students from diverse specializations-Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations-actively engaged in dialogues exploring contemporary trends, business best practices, and innovation across sectors.
