Student's Council

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, has consistently fostered the entrepreneurial spirit and supported aspiring entrepreneurs. To provide an avenue for this cohort to showcase their ideas and receive valuable guidance, the Innovation Council organized ‘iConclave 2023’ on 24th August 2023.

The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and an address by Dr. V. V. Ravikumar, the Deputy Director for Academics at SIBM, Pune. Subsequently, the guests shared their experiences from Shark Tank India. Following the opening ceremony, there was a meet-and-greet session, allowing students to engage with the guests. The highly anticipated one-on-one mentoring session followed, during which the distinguished guests offered valuable feedback on the students' startup ideas.

This year's iConclave offered an exceptional experience, as participants from Shark Tank India, who successfully secured investments from the 'Sharks,' were invited to provide one-on-one mentorship to the students. The panel of mentors involved Mr. Ravi Mathur, the co-founder & CTO of Insurance Samadhan; Mr. Nitesh Singh, the co-founder of Blue Tea India; Mr. Soumyadeep Mukherjee, the founder & CEO of Spice Story; Ms. Niharika Jain Agrawal, the founder of Broomees; Mr. Yogesh Shinde, the founder & CEO of BambooIndia; and Mr. Jaywant Patil, the founder of Humpy Farms.

iConclave 2023 achieved remarkable success, the personalised guidance facilitating the exchange of crucial entrepreneurial insights, nurturing mindsets primed for success. The event has undoubtedly etched its mark as a platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and fostering collaborations.
