Advent 2024, an icebreaking event for the incoming MBA students at SIBM Pune, took place on July 19th and 20th, 2024. Organized by the Aspirant Relations Team (ART), the event successfully promoted teamwork, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and creativity among the new batch.
The primary objective of Advent 2024 was to foster a sense of camaraderie and belonging among first-year students while offering them a platform to develop lasting bonds. The event commenced with Clap Quest on July 17th. This lively clapping game session encouraged quick thinking and peer interaction, setting a spirited tone for the event.
The following day, the students were engaged with the game of Cuppa Jenga, a game with a twist on the classic game of Jenga which required strategic thinking and teamwork, as students collaborated to tackle challenges and prompts.
The excitement continued on July 20th with Question Roulette, offering a platform for students to showcase their knowledge and creativity through a series of random questions and challenges. This was immediately followed by Relay Rampage, a high-energy relay race that tested agility and coordination while emphasizing teamwork.
Advent 2024 was not simply a series of engaging activities; it was a thoughtfully orchestrated experience that fortified student connections and cultivated a collaborative learning environment for the upcoming MBA journey at SIBM Pune.
