Findings: The study indicates that Organizational Culture &Communication and Top Management Commitment and Support have high driving power and deserve serious attention in ERP implementation process. The paper also helps in ascertaining the category of factors that are independent, autonomous, linked or dependent. This study fills in the gap in literature by proposing a model of critical success factors in ERP implementation in a small and medium sized organization. The reliability of the model should be tested later by conducting a study on large scale.
