Admissions Process: GPERM

Step 1: Registration on Symbiosis Application Portal

The Global Programme in Enterprise Risk Management (GPERM), India's First and Only one-year full-time residential programme by SIBM Pune in collaboration with the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) India Affiliate, follows a rigorous and structured admission process. The process is designed to select candidates with a strong aptitude for strategic thinking, business acumen, and risk-based decision-making. Step 2: Risk Management Aptitude Test (RMAT®)

    pointer-icon The RMAT® link and password will be shared via email by SIBM Pune to your registered email address on 30th June 2026. Please note that the link will be activated only as per the scheduled date and time. You are required to enter your credentials - name, mobile number, and email address - exactly as provided during your initial registration on the Symbiosis application portal failing which you will not be able to proceed further.

      pointer-icon 1 Essay question (carrying no marks but evaluated during the Personal Interview, if shortlisted)

Step 3: Shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI)

Candidates must secure a minimum of 60% in RMAT® to be eligible for the Personal Interview (PI) round. Thereafter, based on their RMAT® performance and the number of applications received, shortlisted candidates will be notified via email for the PI round.

Step 4: Personal Interview (PI)

The interview panel will assess communication skills, profile fitment, career goals, diversity and current affairs. Essay responses from RMAT® shall also be discussed.

Step 5: Final Selection

Admission offers to the GPERM programme are made based on a holistic evaluation that combines performance in both the Risk Management Aptitude Test (RMAT®) and the Personal Interview (PI).

This composite score reflects not just aptitude, but also a candidate’s readiness and potential to thrive in a global, risk-oriented leadership environment.
