Objective:
To prepare MBA-I students for consulting roles by building core skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business analysis, essential for excelling in consulting interviews and real-world business challenges. The initiative was led by experienced MBA-II mentors, who provided guidance, feedback, and practical exposure throughout the process.

The Consulting and Strategy Club organized Rubric, a four-part flagship preparatory series, designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world consulting expectations.
- Session 1 (11th July, 2025) focused on foundational consulting frameworks, enabling students to approach business problems using structured methodologies.
- Session 2 (16th July, 2025) covered key strategy topics such as profitability, pricing, market entry, and growth frameworks crucial for case interviews.
- Session 3 (21th July, 2025) was centered around guesstimates, teaching participants how to logically deconstruct real-life consulting case problems and estimate effectively using structured approach.
- Session 4 (28th July, 2025) adopted an interactive format where students solved both guesstimates and cases in small groups under mentor guidance, receiving real-time and personalized feedback.
