Finspire is an initiative by Caf-Fin, the Finance Club of SIBM Pune, designed to prepare MBA I students for the Summer Internship Recruitment Process (SIRP). The series consists of structured lectures and interactive sessions delivered by MBA II students who have already navigated SIRP successfully.
The sessions cover a wide range of topics including fundamental financial concepts, industry overviews, current trends, and company-specific preparation strategies. By leveraging peer-to-peer learning, Finspire bridges the gap between academic knowledge and corporate expectations.
The initiative equips MBA I students with the right tools, insights, and confidence to excel during SIRP, while fostering collaboration and mentorship within the SIBM Pune community.
