The Summer Internship Recruitment Process (SIRP) preparatory sessions were designed specifically for first-year students to provide them with essential concepts in operations and supply chain management for their upcoming SIRP. Through a combination of lectures, interactive sessions, and practical activities, second-year students shared their insights and experiences, covering subtopics in operations and supply chain and addressing any questions first-year students had. This peer-to-peer learning approach not only strengthened understanding in these areas but also fostered a supportive learning community, building confidence and competence for real-world operational tasks. The event aimed to bridge the knowledge gap and prepare students for successful careers in operations and supply chain management.
