Caf-Fin, the Finance Club of SIBM Pune, in collaboration with the CFA Institute, conducted the CFA Level 1 Scholarship Quiz for both MBA I and MBA II students. The initiative was aimed at encouraging students to deepen their knowledge of finance and explore one of the most prestigious global certifications in the field.
The quiz tested participants on a wide range of concepts from the CFA Level 1 curriculum, including ethics, quantitative methods, financial reporting and analysis, equity, fixed income, and portfolio management. It provided students with a unique opportunity to benchmark their understanding against international standards while also gaining insights into the rigor of the CFA program.
As a recognition of excellence, one student each from MBA I and MBA II was awarded the CFA Level 1 scholarship, significantly reducing the cost of pursuing the exam and supporting their global career aspirations.
The event was highly engaging, competitive, and well-received, further strengthening SIBM Pune's commitment to nurturing financial excellence and promoting globally recognized qualifications among its students.
