Vitarka, the HR and IR Club of SIBM Pune, successfully organized a national-level article writing competition that brought together bright minds from leading MBA institutes across India. The competition aimed to spark insightful conversations around the evolving world of work, offering participants a chance to showcase their critical thinking and writing prowess. Participants could choose from three thought-provoking themes:

  • “Reverse Mentoring in the Modern Workplace: Can GenZ Empower the C-Suite?”
  • “The End of Human Intuition? Reimagining HR Decision-making in the Age of AI and GenZ”
  • “We Don’t Want to Climb; We Want to Build: Gen Z’s Call for Intrapreneurial Workspaces”

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from MBA students nationwide, who shared diverse perspectives on leadership, technology, and generational shifts shaping the workplace. After a rigorous evaluation process, the top three winners were announced from WeSchool, XIMB Bhubaneswar, and IMI Delhi, reflecting the competition’s pan-India reach and high caliber of entries.

By fostering dialogue on contemporary HR and workplace trends, Vitarka’s initiative reaffirmed SIBM Pune's commitment to encouraging future business leaders to engage with the challenges and opportunities of modern organizations.
