The E-Cell at SIBM Pune proudly launched the first edition of Synergia in August 2025, an initiative designed to foster collaboration, openness, and peer-driven learning within the MBA (Innovation & Entrepreneurship) program. The event created a unique space where students from MBA 1 and MBA 2 could exchange ideas, showcase ventures, and build meaningful connections.
The debut edition featured an interactive showcase, where students presented their businesses, concepts, and prototypes. It also introduced an open networking segment, encouraging participants to engage freely, exchange insights, and explore collaborations. To ensure continuity beyond the event, the Buddy Programme was formally launched, pairing first-year students with senior mentors to enable long-term guidance and knowledge exchange.
As its first edition, Synergia successfully laid the foundation for a culture of collaboration and peer mentorship within the program. It marked the beginning of a tradition where entrepreneurial growth is nurtured not just through individual drive, but through community support and shared experiences.
