Participants will learn what role they are best suited for and how to put together a winning team. They will also learn how to get the team to become cohesive focused and synergize, through driving effective task and social processes among team members.
Program Contents: Understanding your Organization, Internal & external Customers & their Biz-Envt., Continuous Self-reinvention & Innovation, Moving the Co. to higher-performance levels thru' The Power of Vision, Mission & Objectives, Situational demands of Change & Global Best-practices, Egalitarianism, Empowerment, Futuristic Strategies Vs Tactics, National priorities, Social responsibilities & Corporate Governance standards. Making passion for winning, a habit.
Methodology: The workshop is Interactive, lively mode of Basics in theory, Live-examples in practice, Case studies, Games & Exercises delivered thru' the use of Power-point, Film-clips, Black-board illustrations, Printed notes for preparation & take- aways.
